TUI Care Foundation in collaboration with the Tourism Authority and Reef Conservation, under the ‘Destination Zero Wastes Programme Mauritius’ has launched an Inter-eco school competition where students from primary to tertiary eco-schools have been invited to participate.

The challenge aims at fostering a sense of civic responsibility and eco-consciousness in students from an early age, encouraging them to protect and preserve local biodiversity. This activity will allow the students to represent their school at national level in an eco-responsible motive and to apply their knowledge from the recent ‘Destination Zero Wastes Programme Mauritius’ campaign and the ‘Eco-School Programme’.

The deadline for submission of the design by the participating eco-schools is set to be 15 September 2025.
