The Tourism Authority has been informed by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA) that only 218 OUTSIDE LAGOON (OL) category pleasure craft licensees are holders of a Ship Station Licence (commonly referred to as Radio Licence) to be able to operate a VHF Radio Set when in fact there are 2679 licensees who hold an OL category licence.
