In view of the surge of Chikungunya, the Tourism Authority is requesting all hotels, guest houses and tourist residences and other tourism operators to clean and clear their premises and land surroundings regularly and carry out spraying exercise (regular larviciding and fogging) of their premises covering all areas with a particular focus on vegetated areas.

They are also requested to advise their clients on preventive measures to protect against mosquito bites.
The Tourism Authority relies on the understanding and usual collaboration of all the tourism operators.
