Purpose of the Code of Conduct and Ethics

It aims to provide all employees with guidance on the standards of behaviour expected of them in performing their duties and in their dealings with colleagues, stakeholders, and the public at large. It also acts as a reminder of the public duties and legal responsibilities of employees at TA.
